Hi,

I don't know if it has been discussed here but here is a nice piece of
software which is able to transcode from and to many formats and also
extract audio from video files. But, the interesting part is that the
prog can transcode to many mp3 player-based formats without any
technical knowledge and and it sounds awesome for rockbox users. I have
to say that i've tested it touroughly but it looks great. and, for blind
users, it is totally accessible with jaws and I suppose with other
screen reader. In fact it's nothing more that a GUI for ffmpeg and it
seems available also for linux users.

Sorry if this has already been addressed but it thought it's worth
writing about that.
