Rockbox utillity returns a configuration error, when either no DAP is
selected or when the path to your DAP is not correct.
To solve this, open the configuration dialog, and use "autodetect" or
select the device and path manually.

If all fails, you can also install rockbox by hand. (On the old archos
devices you only need to unzip the rokbox.zip to the root of the device).
