Rockbox Utility has been in Qt for over a year now, far more than "a few
months", and should at least have some compatibility with Windows
screenreaders. What version of Rockbox Utility are you currently using,
and why haven't you filed any specific bug reports?

Seriously people, nobody's going to fix problems with Rockbox Utility if
you never actually report specific problems as bugs.
