I strongly disagree. Staying legal and having everything license-wise and
copyright-wise fine and dandy is crucial to this project's existance and is a
foundation we build on. And it keeps the legal threats to a minimum.

I also would claim that 60+ committers and 400,000 lines of code and more than
one million downloads per year is not a "quite small project" by my way of
measuring.
