It's not as simple as simply being "disabled." The wheel doesn't
automatically make the noise. There needs to be a good and reliable
driver for the noisemaking apparatus and code to handle telling it to
make noise at the appropriate times in a reliable and consistent way.
Someone needs to do this work.
