Ok, I got it working. By changing the MAX_PHYS_SECTOR_SIZE define to
equal 4096, rebuilding both the boot loader and the rockbox install,
and reinstalling both, I now have a 240gig ipod Rockbox.

Yippee!

I'm not sure how to codify this into a more generic patch or what
steps are normally made from here.
