http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/BigDisk may offer some clues.

Basically, the USB chip won't go beyond 137Gb, even though Rockbox itself will
(I think the information on that page is possibly a bit out of date, and
Rockbox now does support >137Gb as standard).

You'll have to create two partitions as described, to see one of them over the
USB bridge.
