I think I saw you post this question on another list, so I'm guessing you're blind, since most of the other lists I'm on are blindness related. If so, then you'll want to install Rockbox manually. The most important thing you need to do is go to http://www.rockbox.org/download/byhand.cgi and download the manual for SanDisk Sansa e200. Read through and follow the instructions in this manual for the manual install. If you have specific question then ask them on this list, making sure you read and follow the list's etiquette. The link for the list etiquette is at the bottom of every post.

FYI, the instructions you're looking for in the manual are:

1. Download your chosen version of Rockbox from the links in the previous section.
2. Connect your player to the computer via USB as described in the manual that came with your player.
3. Take the.zip file that you downloaded and use the \Extract all” command of your unzip program to extract the files onto your player. Note: The entire contents of the.zip file should be extracted directly to the root of your player's drive. Do not try to create a separate directory on your player for the Rockbox files! The.zip file already contains the internal structure that Rockbox needs.

If the contents of the.zip file are extracted correctly, you will have a directory called.rockbox, which contains all the files needed by Rockbox, in the main directory of your player's drive.

Note that this is just one step of three if you want to get Rockbox installed and talking on your Sansa. Follow the rest of the instructions in the manual to finish installing Rockbox.
