After clicking on "Unsubscribe or edit options" you should get a new page,
with a form. If you didn't feel the previous one with your e-mail address,
you should see two fields in this new form : "Email address" and "Password".
If you don't remind your password, let the "Password" field blank, just
enter your e-mail address, and click on "Remind". An email with your
password will be send to you. Now, enter this password in the field and
click on "Unsubscribe".
