There are a couple of ways to do this - and while they are not features
iTunes has, they are not features of Rockbox either, so more discussion
of this is really going to be off topic here.

See the tagger named Picard. It will attempt to tag files based on
their audio "fingerprint" - and be much less work than trying to fake CDDB.
