A little more than "starting to." While I believe "why do we have the
rules we have, and could we consider changing them?" (when held as a
reasonable discussion between adults, and while held without breaking
said rules) is on-topic here simply because it *is* a topic relating to
the disposition of the Rockbox project, a discussion about Aperger's
Syndrome and which users may have it and various internet quizzes
doesn't belong in any way.

There are surely plenty of lists where this does belong.
