This issue is going to be solved very soon by
FS#10666<http://www.rockbox.org/tracker/task/10666>(more specifically,
FS#10704 <http://www.rockbox.org/tracker/task/10704>).
You'll have to disable USB HID for your player in order to be able to mount
the DAP on an affected OS X system.
