Hi guys

I have found the problem with my iriver, it was the battery not taking a charge. this has now been replaced and I thought it was a good time to upgrade rockbox.

I'm using an older version of rockbox and it was a couple years back when I installed it. so I'm a bit hesitant to do this without any help or advice from the people who know.

Please could someone give me in-depth instructions on the best way to update rockbox. I'm blind so am hoping I can do this on my own without sighted help.

I would appreciate any instructions any way as I can get help if necessary.

I've located the rockbox utility but not quite sure what to do next.

can any one advise me?
