Hi folks,

I am attempting to install RB on the above player for my partner.

We are both Screen reader users. I use Window eyes and have installed the
QT Script to make the RB Utility a bit more friendly with window Eyes.

The Utility will read for me, but when i hit either Return or Spacebar on
Autodetect, the Utility crashes every single time.

I am using Windows 7 English UK ultimate. I have attempted to run the
Utility in Compatibility mode for Vista and XP SP3 with the same crashes.

I have also tried selecting Sandisk from the players list box. Does this
need to be ticked before clicking OK? I've tried just hitting return on
Sandisk, as well as Spacebar to tick a checkbox, and clicking OK. On both
instances I get the error that I need to select a device.

Finally i attempted to install RB manually. I found the downloads page,
grabbed the Fonts package, Voice package and RB package. If I try a
straight copy/paste I'm blocked and told the device can only take media file
types, JPEG, MP3 etc.

I then tried extracting directly to the device using Winrar. Thing is I
can't see the drive letter for the player. I can of course see the drive
letter for all my other drives, but connecting the Sansa just shows it as a
portable device. Looking in the address bar just gives me Computer/Sansa.

My next step to try is to use an XP VM in case the Utility isnt' happy with
Windows 7.

I've got the manual in front of me for RB as well.

Can someone please clarify some of the points above I'm having difficulties
with, in particular the Utility crashing, selecting a player with the
keyboard, and manual installation.
