I figured out how to make .sav file from a .rbs file so in anyone has the same problem this is the solution. Open your emulator a save state anywhere, allow your pc to see extensions and copy the name with extension included and replace name and extension on the rbs file. should work fine you should be anle to continue your progress.

Without knowing exactly which emulator you are running on your computer, it is impossible to answer that question. I don't personally know which emulator is used for the basis of Rockboy, so it might be compatible with your emulator or it might not. But one solution would be to just run the rockbox simulator on your computer, and load the rbs directly into rockboy running on your pc
