Hi,

Over the past several months I've been working on a workout app. I take my
mp3 player with me to the gym and use it to track which
workout/exercises/weights I should be doing. I also have it syncing with a
ruby on rails web site so I can track long-term progress.

Figured I would make the source available and show it here in case anyone
takes an interest to it.
