[ipodnano2g] random crash/freeze

Hi All,

Firstly thanks to all people who make it possible to use an alternate
player on iPod nano 2g :-)

I'm experiencing random freeze of RockBox with any version upper than
3.7.1 (download from archive) when playing any songs (mp3 only for now).

I tried all stables versions available (from 3.7 to 3.10) plus the
latest daily vesion (131224) and 3.13 (and only the two first (3.7 and
3.7.1) seems stable.

* version 3.8 rockbox crash after few second of playing and the LCD
display a simple message : "Undefined instruction at 00000000"
* version 3.8.1 crash like 3.8
* version 3.9 rockbox play song strangely (random noise with song in the
same time) and crash a few second with "Undefined instruction at 0000C304"
* version 3.9.1 play noise instead of song (I didn't wait for crash)
* version 3.10 Playback issue experienced in 3.9 series is fixed, but
player hang without any message
* version 3.13 same as 3.10
* the daily sometimes I got a message like «Stkco» and nothing, with an
"Undefined instruction" with some random value.

I did all test with two mp3, one in CBR 320kbps and the other in CBR
128kbps, the two mp3 have embedded picture (witch is not supported by
3.7.x).

Please note before installing a new version I removed the .rockbox
directory and unzip the new one.

Let me know what can I do to help fixing problems on this device (and
maybe have 3.14 fully stable :-)).

Regards,

Aymeric.
