Two apologies.

The first is that I keep starting new threads, but as I do not receive my
mails and keep replying to myself - it's just not possible. Daniel has
already looked at your end, and I at mine :(

Second apology - please disregard the Xing header problem listed in my last
post.

There was a typo in my samplerate lookup table (const array) - sorry for
the mistake.

The Xing headers are valid.
