Dear Ian,

Although his web page is empty, the package is also present in XFree86 &
Xorg:
http://www.xfree86.org/4.5.0/fonts3.html#19

The following page:
http://crl.nmsu.edu/~mleisher/cu/
claims it has 9538 glyphs (the xfree description says 7500).

No preview exists, so the way to go is:
Download fontforge:
http://fontforge.sourceforge.net/
Open the font with fontforge or any utility that can view/edit a bdf font.
