Nothing that you've done wrong. The iPod Video sim build currently
doesn't work because it lacks a background image. At the moment these
are required to build the sim (though they probably shouldn't be).

For the moment, you can work around the issue by copying a bitmap in to
/uisimulators/sdl/UI-ipodvideo.bmp. Doesn't really matter which one
since by default they're not used at run time.
