First, should this be sent to the dev list or user list?

Here's the problem, since rebuilding and installing from CVS rockbox
approximately 2-3 weeks ago my boot up time has increased to about 4-5
seconds, it was more or less instant before. The only other thing I did
was re-format my drive (through linux mkfs vfat - I think). This is all
very distressing so does anyone have any ideas what could be causing it?
