The (hopefully) final draft of the 3.0 release announcement is up at
http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/ReleaseAnnouncement30 .
Assuming the release is still happening tomorrow, it's all set to be
distributed.

There's two links at the bottom for plain text and simple HTML versions
of the announcement (both are identical to the wiki page). These are
suitable for distribution via email and direct linking to via Slashdot,
etc.
