I understood the feature as a kind of keymap template, to create a custom
keymap (like the .lang files).
In this case, for example, a perl script would parse the file, check for
errors and exit with an error message.
As it's is necessary to compile Rockbox the feature would be for advanced
users only (less questions on the mailing list).
