Hi rockbox developers,

I have installed rockbox in my iPod nano. It's wonderful to play little
movie like Elephants Dream. When I try to convert my avi file to small size
video to play in my nano, the performance is low. It seems that the iPod
nano cpu is not fast enough to decode the movie. I followed the instruction
on the rockbox web site and used mencoder. I don't know why Elephants Dream
runs smoothly, but my video does not.
