Quick plug!

Would really appreciate if one of the committers could take a quick look
at patch http://www.rockbox.org/tracker/6686, which fixes some annoyances
with the insert/append to playlist functionality. Very simple fixes,and I
have been using this patch on a daily basis for ages now!
