Yes, PLA didn't end up being as big as an improvement than actions
were for the core, but I don't think removing it is a good idea.
I've had the "fun" of adapting the buttons for a fair few plugins to
the mr500 and I'm sure it would be easier if they were using PLA.

BUT.... if its not suited to the particular plugin, by all means,
please take it out. (I should stick an apology in here for converting
it originally... I never use that plugin and when I did the conversion
the UI at least was simpler than it is now.)
