Honestly, I'd like to see a plugin useful for encrypting a list of
passwords, login names, account numbers, etc. But the initial proposal
read to me more like a file encryption setup than a password manager or
similar, which is why I asked about the actual intent of this.

So, while I sounded negative, I'm for certain ideas related to his. :)
