Probably, but I suck at perl, and even for a perl ninja it would still
be a massive bitch to get working.. for a start there are a few
settings which dont use the macros which will complicated things, then
you have the settings which go over multiple lines and have #ifdefs in
them...

It would probably take as long to make a working script as it would to
manually fix it (after the plugin starts the work), and the hope is
this will only have to be done once...
