Let me try here on linux.
Is it h120? (Do you press 10 for the configure script?)

If it is. The svn build is fine.
Perhaps
$ svn revert -R .
(In your source root of course...)
$ svn up

Then try again.

If that fails maybe check out rockbox again in a new dir and see what
happens.

Also run /trunk/tools/rockboxdev.sh

Dunno how cygwin will handle that script though.

I don't use windows so can't test.
