The progress bar tag has needed revising for some time. It doesn't treat
coordinates the same way, anyway. It's a 5 second fix for anyone to
revise a theme to work again, and someone could write an automated
script to do it if they felt it was too hard for theme authors to fix
their own.

If you want to have different sized progress bars depending on whether
or not Album Art is taking up a large chunk of your screen, you need one
progress bar for each size of album art. It's that simple. If you want
to put a progress bar inside a conditional viewport, it needs revising.
The progress bar was broken by the development of conditional viewports,
and it's a very good opportunity to both fix problems with the syntax,
and introduce the needed flexibility of having different sized progress
bars depending on displayed viewport.
