However, this patch also contains new features. So, if you want the
issues to be fixed, I'll strip the new features from the bug fixes and
you could commit the bug fixes.

Also, doom screen rotation still crashes on my e200. There's a quick fix
available at http://www.rockbox.org/tracker/task/8641
