Sorry, i'm probably mixing 2 issues up hear.
I was thinking a user could start the plugin when playback was running,
which would be hard for a speech user as you can only really use speech when
a file is not running.
forget my comment lol I think i'm mixing 2 issues which should be kept
separate.
