"A major goal of Rockbox is to be simple and easy to use" - from the
manual.... and scrolling down every few second to keep the backlight
alive is IMO not "simple and easy to use". after 30+mails with "re:
default settings for the release" i think its clear that nearly
everybody would appreciate a longer default setting, minimun 10, maximum
30 minutes. i would tend to 10-15 seconds (yes i thougt its necessary to
see the 20th opinion about this...)

i'm looking forward to an end of this discussion :)
