I think that I do the refactoring of tagcache and tagtree because I contributed
the patch that corrects songdb and the translation of Japanese for Rockbox 3.1.
(Dominik, thank you for always committing Rockbox Utility's Japanese lang.)

Please answer when you have already done or planning the refactoring of tagcache or tagtree. I will stop working when is.
