Hi,
to checkout the code do "svn co
svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/themes.rockbox.org dest" (where dest is
the folder name to dump the files into).

I'm not sure whats needed or where to help, but if you join us in the
#rockbox irc channel on freenode someone will be able to point you in
the right direction
