hope I will get some help here. :-)

Within "cygwin" I try to generate the "deutsch.voice" file for some blind Rockbox users and some divices in Germany. First of all,
the generating of the "english.voice" file works well.
This are the steps I was doing, with the command "svn co svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk rockbox" I get the needed files. After
the "../tools/configure" command and "make voice" I get the following output:

> Generating voice clips
> Generate "Ja" with sapi in file LANG_SET_BOOL_YES.wav
> Saying Ja in LANG_SET_BOOL_YES.wav

> Trim "LANG_SET_BOOL_YES.wav"

> Encode "LANG_SET_BOOL_YES.wav" with rbspeexenc in file LANG_SET_BOOL_YES.mp3

> Error -2147200966: Generate "Nein" with sapi in file
> LANG_SET_BOOL_NO.wav make: *** [voice] Error 141
