Well, we could add the build timestamp of each manual to that page --
i.e. "pdf 667kB, html-zip 298kB, online, built 2009-06-12 04:31:23".
Though I bet people would "miss" / ignore that anyway, so there's not
much point in doing so -- IMHO.
