This commit breaks brickmania on portrait targets - the difficulty is
changed dramatically because the ball speed is now increased, but the
brick height remains the same meaning that the interaction between the
ball and the play area is significantly different.

It should be reverted immediately until a fix is made that adjust the
whole playing field for portrait screens rather than just the empty space.
