Most people are lazy, especially when it comes to reading (as proven
by the support requirements in the forums and IRC). While I obviously
cant say that making the manual short would fix that, it is a likely
possibility.
Anyway, I'm not suggesting activly removing parts that actually belong
there, but things like the settings listing, the wps listing, the GPL
license, credits, etc are all badl placed.

The manual should be the place to easily find out how to use rockbox,
specifically, how to navigate the settings and some of the finer
points. If someone wants to dive deeper into the settings or themeing
then they should go to an area of the site especially for them,
otherwise its information overload for those who just want to figure
out how to play music.
