How is you trying to unsubscribe related to this thread? Does it have
anything to do with NoDo features? Please, post separate issues in
separate threads. This only clutters up discussions (which isn't
helpful at all). May I also remind you of the mailing list etiquette?

As for your question, there is no announcement list. There's a list
distributing svn commits, but that is *far* more traffic than this
list. If you want really low traffic you might want to simply monitor
the MajorChanges wiki page (at
http://www.rockbox.org/wiki/MajorChanges).
