Hello. I think that the language id's for displaying hotkey settings (r25529) should bear 'HOTKEY' in them since they are used in a very specific context. As of now ('LANG_WPS' and 'LANG_FILE_BROWSER') they look like they were a generally available phrases, i.e. usable anywhere where e.g. the phrase 'WPS' should be used.

I'd use e.g. LANG_HOTKEY_VIEW_WPS and LANG_HOTKEY_VIEW_FILE_BROWSER.
