I didn't remove -D"ICODE_ATTR= from Makefile. I am using gcc 2.95 on
solaris machine. It is GCC compiler, though bit old but yeah it is not
strange :-)

2) How can we fix the compilation? Shall I file a bug report?

3) It looks cygwin built is also broken.
