How to start specific playlist from plugin?

Hi,

I'm working on my first RockBox-Plugin (alarmclock with multiple
alarm-times and playlist per alarm-time).

As the Plugin-API lacks a Documentation (I suggest to use JavaDoc/PHPDoc)
I'm having questions about the Plugin-API:

How can I
1.) select a specific playlist?
2.) reset the playlist to begin with the first title at the first byte?
3.) select maximum volume?
4.) start playback?
