From my understanding the last sentence in Daniels proposal covers this:

| The most simple commit message in this system uses only the first
short description and nothing else.

So (from my understanding) a "fix red" would still be ok (though IMO
it wouldn't be a bad idea to note the commit that is getting fixed).
