if the settings file is optional (which I quite like btw) it make not be
very obvious how to create that file for the first time, for new users, etc.
It shouldn't be too hard to include an option within rockbox theme menu to
edit such theme settings (which would transparently create the settings file
if it didn't exist yet, etc)
