Subject: Informal poll, change to git?

Informal poll, change to git?

Hi all,
in preparation for the Devcon this coming weekend I thought it would
be useful to gauge interest in switching to git. I know there are some
people who really dont want to change so this is to see where everyone
is. (And then we can leave it up to the devcon attendees to decide if
it is ok to upset those few people).

I don't think we should actually have any discussion here. The
impression I have got from everyone currently using git in the project
is that it is a huge improvement and git-svn is a painful side effect.
If you havnt used git before then
http://www.rockbox.org/wiki/GitVersionControl is probably a useful
place to start.

So, please reply with your option:
[_] Yes - switch to git
[_] No - I haven't tried git and don't see the need to change
[_] No - I have tried git and don't like it
[_] Indifferent

To make counting easier lets not turn this into an argument :) IRC or
another thread for that thanks. Or
