Have you even *considered* checking this claim? It's obviously false.
For the record, the fonts in our source are in bdf format, which is a
readable ascii format. In case of the Helvetica fonts, those files have
a clear license embedded.

Unfortunately no part of rockbox is less non-free than the Helvetica
font.
