FS#10083 - update chinese translation

I updated both chinese-simp and chinese-trad to latest version. Also made a correction to “credits”. Hope this can work. Thanks to Kevin for “credits” translation; I like his better than the one that is currently in the committed file.

Committed in r21218. Thanks. There is a single change ("Beep Volume" > "Track Skip Beep") yet though. The tracker is not really the right place to ask for SVN access.
