FS#10092 - Cleanup Sansa AMS system init

Run ascodec_init() in system_init()

Reboot on a button press in panicf() (system_exception_wait())
Set the CPU & Peripherals clock frequencies in bootloader and loaded rockbox
Reset all peripherals in system_init() (except IDE peripheral)

i would like to commit this, but i can’t access the internet with my computer, so please do it for me.

I have other patches, but only this one needed testing on all devices, so I think I will send them to the dev mailing list
