Details

When using SAPI, v1.2.1 always considers the TTS configuration to be invalid. It does not add any voices to the dropdown in the TTS configuration window either.

v1.2 works fine.

Yes the provided 1.2.1 windows binary doesnt seem to find any SAPI voice.

The real strange thing is:
If i build this version fresh from SVN, it works fine. Also there arent any changes in this part between 1.2 and 1.2.1.

After some investigation this turns out to be an issue with Qt 4.5.1 on Windows (which rbutil 1.2.1 is built against):
